Zenvra Home offers free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders below $75 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $8.99.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Estimated delivery times after shipment:
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods such as holidays.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier assigned to your shipment is selected based on your delivery address and package weight to ensure the fastest, safest delivery possible.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package. You can also track your order by contacting us at hello@zenvrahome.com with your order number.
Currently, Zenvra Home ships only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time. We are working to expand our shipping coverage.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@zenvrahome.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ship a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Zenvra Home is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we can often update the address before the package ships.
