Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

At Zenvra Home, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all eligible items. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original condition — unused, unassembled, and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Purchased directly from ZenvraHome.com (marketplace purchases must go through the marketplace)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Initiating a return is simple:

  1. Email us at hello@zenvrahome.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Affix the prepaid label and drop it off at any UPS or FedEx location
  5. Receive your refund within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Zenvra Home error (wrong item, defective product).

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product entirely? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To exchange an item, contact us at hello@zenvrahome.com and we will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will immediately arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You will not need to return the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of use, assembly, or modification
