How long does shipping take?+
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on select products and orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Who pays for return shipping?+
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, the wrong item was received, or the item was defective.

Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at hello@zenvrahome.com. Include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Can I cancel my order?+
Orders may be cancelled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Email hello@zenvrahome.com immediately if you need to cancel.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Are your products assembled?+
Some furniture and decor items may require light assembly. Assembly information is provided in the product description when applicable.
